Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Fragrance items must be sealed. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. Clearance items may be non-returnable.
2. Items That Can’t Be Returned
Opened fragrance items, worn fabric items, or used products cannot be returned. Custom or discounted products may also be ineligible. Return requests violating our conditions will be rejected. We aim for fairness, but hygiene and authenticity rules must be followed. Always read product details before purchase.
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@us.elodora.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide you with the next steps. If your return is approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions. To ensure a smooth process, we recommend sending the item back promptly after approval. Delayed returns may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Options
If eligible, you may choose to exchange an item instead of a refund. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Only one exchange per order is allowed. Product price difference may apply. We aim to make the process quick and convenient.
5. Refund Timelines
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after returned items pass quality inspection. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be deducted unless return is due to our error. We keep you updated at every step of the process.
